Blower works but no air through vents

2003 1500 HD CREW CAB With dual manual temperature control.  After driving on highway for about 30 minutes the air flow through the vents stop flowing. The blower gets louder like the air flow is blocked. The following day starting up the air flow is normal for all positions until this happens again
