Rough Country LED Grille Lights

If anything, you might have to cut out that center grill piece or get a new grill, but from what I'm seeing, the grills look the same except for the accented chrome fins on front. If you look on the notes at their website, it says it won't fit trucks that have Chevrolet written across the front: custom trialboss, work truck, and silverado custom.

Yea true doesn’t say it wouldn’t fit the high country I guess we might need to wait and see

Here are a few pics I took. All the pics are made with just the light bar. I also have the light angled slightly downward so I'm not blinding other drivers.

Those are for off-road use only. You might as well point the light straight ahead, since its not legal to drive on the road with that thing turned on, there shouldn't be other drivers to worry about.

Depends on how you interpret the law. In NJ, a lot of vehicles use them without consequences. The way the law is written, a light bar can be considered a type of auxiliary light, which is legal in NJ as long as its placed and aimed properly.

True, as long as only 4 lights are illuminated on the front. Which means that this cannot be used along with fog lights.

That's the thing in NJ. They don't give a specification on what's classified as auxiliary light. Additionally, there's nothing regarding light bars themselves. The only light bar that's mentioned under NJ law are emergency light bars.

Generally the laws are written to allow up to 4 OEM lights facing forward, not extra lights. Plus, its common courtesy to not burn out the retinas of drivers coming toward you. These light bars are for off-road use, where no one cares how many lumens you shoot through the atmosphere.

Yah that works, just trying to get an idea how powerful the rough country lights are. Going by the size i would assume the grille lights would put out similar light as the bull bar. Thanks in advance!

Their site says 4800 lumens for the pair.

These look pretty dang good fitment wise/blend in real nicely like stock. Are they as obvious as they look in the pics though? I’d like for them to be relatively hidden. It would be pretty easy to put some window tint on them huh? Anyone ever done this? Would that be ok with the heat these lights put out?

Looks good! Any chance you can post a pic of where you mounted your switch

Not a huge fan of the switch that was provided with the kit.  I'd prefer something more OEM looking.  Might change it out later.
