I have a grant steering wheel assembly, but I need more insight on how to install.  Watched a bunch of videos but couldn't find a good one for what I doing.

Dont know what year your truck is, but if you YouTube TinkeringFox, he has a video where he replaces his steering wheel with one that is heated, on a 2014/2015. He has a lot of great videos, and has helped me out with an electrical problem that I had on my truck. Very smart guy, and responsive.
