RedBarnFarm
Hi all - 2019 High Country, just turned 2k miles. Got in a while ago and blue screen on dash "service rear camera system." When I go to the menu and camera icon, appears none of my cameras work now. Anyone else experienced this? Was hoping to not have to go to the dealer until I needed oil service, etc. Thanks. eppieguy
There are updates for the system, just a software update. Most likely when you get back in the truck the message will be gone, it may or may not come back, if it does schedule a dealer visit. RedBarnFarm
Thanks, yeah I checked for updates and it says none available.
eppieguy
It’s not an over the air update, it’s a dealer only installed update. Your infotainment system will not give you that information.
Mountain boy
Do the same thing you do for Microsoft reboot. I drove 40 miles to the dealer when my park assist quit working, he disconnected the battery and hooked it back up, and boom everything works again. He showed me a tech bulletin about reset the Master system. Don’t cost nothing to try it.

bcato
I posted about this same thing back in february, the night I drove mine home I saw this. Its true, some dealer software updates will fix it. Pretty quick. I haven't seen the problem since.
Ranger92
Mountain Boy is a genius! I had the “Blue Screen of Death” and I disconnected the Negative battery cable, counted to 15 seconds, and then reconnected - problem solved! Treat your car like you sometimes treat your computer - disconnect the power and “reboot.” Cost to fix = $0. Good luck.
