Wheels and Tires

Recommended Posts

I just got word that my 2500HD Denali is built, tentative arrival at dealership is around 9/15.  So for all you wheel and tire experts, I would like to order so they are here when my truck arrives.  I am thinking a 20x9 +18 offset with 305-55-20 tires.  Can anyone tell me if they will fit without a leveling kit as I haven't seen any out yet?

I would think those would fit fine.  I should be getting my 2020 Silverado next week and the plan is to put my current 20x9 +10’s on it.  I’m still not sure on tire size but was thinking 295/60/20, 295/65/20 or 285/65/20 in a Nitto Ridge grappler.  My 2017 has 305/55/20 but I don’t think that will be tall enough (looks wise) on the 2020.

fuel 20*9 with 20 offset should take the stock tires and wouldn't rub?

I would certainly  think so.  I'm leaning towards 295/60/20 with +10's.  That would be just a bit wider and about the same height.

2" Suspensionmaxx front level. OEM 17" machined aluminum wheel. BFG AT KO2 285/75R17.  Best looking Truck/Lift/Tire combination I've seen in a while.  Picture doesn't do it justice. I know we don't buy these things for their outstanding fuel economy but I will say mileage dropped from 14 to 12.5.
