4" readylift for 2019 Silverado

I know multiple people have installed the 4" readylift and changed wheels and tire size.  Has anyone done the lift and left the stock wheels and tires?  Mine has the 275/60/20 (33's)  I just wanted to see the way it looked with that size tire on it.   A lot have put 295/65/20 which looks great!

This is the way it looks with stock 18s
