FYI, I wanted the "performance and fuel economy" so i did one on my old 2005 GMC canyon 3.5L. What i did for the test was fill up run down the high way, turn around and go back to the same pump. I did roughly 120 miles total for the loop. I saw that i lost mileage when i added the throttle body spacer. It did "feel" like i had more power but placebo is a real thing. Took it off and returned it.

What i'm trying to say is that these throttle body spacers are just snake oil. You cannot trust everything.

Just my $.02.

These have been around as a snake oil solution since I ran CobaltSS.net and 6Club.nrt a decade ago.  Steeda made a killing off gullible teenagers.

Don't waste your money. Moving the throttle body a few mm doesn't so anything at all. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar or a fool.
