Brake pad life

Could this be right? Front brake pads lost almost 20% in under 900 miles.

Ignore it, there is a thread around here someplace, just turn it off and pretend it isn't there. GM is aware of the problem and says the fix is in testing, along with many other fixes.

I have 1945 miles on m RST showing 95% and 97%.  I mostly do city driving. Here's the link eppiguy was referring too on the same subject.
