I agree. Cleaning up the truck with some good music playing can be my therapy some days.

Yes! Music is a must!

I posted originally and said traveling with the wife. I want to add my recent purchase. An 02 Avalanche. The reason is at 63 I’ve done things with this I haven’t done in at least 20 years, that includes my 92 modified Chevy truck. Washing, waxing and changing all fluids myself. I’ve had some bad a$$ rides, this the one that got me off my butt.

Good for you!  I'd love to have a project vehicle but we downsized before this desire subsided.   Late 60's / early 70's F100 would be my preferred canvass!

I’m actually in the process of downsizing. The 92 and 17 Camry are going. The 01 Acura in about a year. The Avalanche and Genesis are staying. I’ll keep the Avalanche until I can’t drive. It’s cheap to replace stuff on it. I don’t like the new stuff. The Genesis until it becomes unreliable. The they both could pass for new. The nice thing about retirement. You don’t like the weather stay home.

Milwaukee Brewers

Green Bay Packers

Badger Football

Woodworking

Landscaping, Lawn work

Detailing  my vehicles. Probably spend way too much on detailing supplies though.

And new knees. 1 at a time. Lots of doctor visits.

My main hobby is that I train for and compete in powerlifting meets. Have been doing it pretty seriously since 2014 and before that worked out casually since 2011. Last meet was a USPA meet in October of last year in Waynesville, Missouri and I went 7/9 on my lifts totaling 1581lbs in the 220lb weight class. Hoping for mid 1600's this year, just need to stay mostly injury free for awhile. Which unfortunately gets harder every year now that I'm in my mid 30's

I also like to read. Mostly audiobooks these days since I spend a lot of time behind the wheel for work. Tried to get back into gaming recently after a decade or more off and can't really get into it much anymore. So 99% of my PS4's use is streaming movies and TV. And then obviously my vehicle hobby.

Snowmobiling.....

My dad bought our first sled during the blizzard of 67, from then on I was hooked.  I saved my paper route money for what seemed like forever to purchase my own sled in 71.  My one son is my riding partner and is into sleds just like me if not more.  I used to collected vintage snowmobiles, but got out of that as I wanted to ride more than look at them, also when people started cloning and reproducing parts, it made the fun go away.  During the summer we work on our sleds, mostly maintenance, we each have 2.  We also each have a Sea Doo Spark PWC to pass the time away  Other than that working on our place in northern Michigan, hope to retire there one of these years.  Oh, and hockey.  As you can tell we pretty much live for the winter.

First pic - Sons and my sled (mine's on left)

Second pic - 1975 Ski Doo RV245 Mod that I had.  Also my handle on this and many other sites.

Let me see I have been a car guy for as long as i can remember. I also an a big gun guy and reloading. Camping is a big one. My plan is to build a good overlanding truck. Lastly cigars nothing better then driving the truck into the wood finding a good camping stop and relaxing with a good cigar.
