Steering Stabilizer

I’m just curious as to why you feel like you need one?

I have used many of stabilizers..... but I see no value on one for this vehicle.

That being said...

What symptoms are you experiencing?
What modifications do you have on tires and suspension.

One common misconception that people have about steering stabilizers is that if your truck has a shimmy or experiences death wobble installing a steering stabilizer will fix it. This is completely false, installing a steering stabilizer will only help hide the issue. The only way to actually fix a shimmy or death wobble is to find and replace the suspension component that is causing the issue. Without one of these stabilizers, the vibrations from your steering components and the road would reverberate through the entire system. This vibration can cause various steering components like ball joints, tie rod ends, and your drag link to prematurely wear out.

Not gonna happen on a rack and pinion setup.

It will work but there isn’t enough room if the truck is stock lift... needs to be lifted to fit.

Unless you drive a 2 door Jeep Wrangler JK these will do nothing but look cool and mask the true issue your having.

Yeah I had one of those and the stabilizer worked wonders.

Have some front end hop when hitting holes or bumps on turns.

Could be the Duratracs. Playing with tire pressures.

No shimmy or shake. Steers straight. Duratracs have softer sidewalls than the KO2's I'm used to.

I have a 2019 Silverado new design and it wobbles ugly on higher speeds when I hit a curve or pothole. It feels terrible. I installed 33 inch tires and put a leveling kit. Would a steering stabilizer fix the issue? I’m tempted to just put stock again :(

Anyone add a steering stabilizer to the AT4.

I haven't seen anyone who has made stabilizers for the gm trucks. You'll have better luck changing out your front end components such as your upper control arms and tie rods. Cognito makes excellent aftermarket front end parts for the new gm trucks.
