Biggest tires on AT4 20" stock wheels with NO modification

Recommended Posts

Similar to the 18" post, I want to see a thread with a 100% stock setup and what size tires you put on for 20" stock wheels only.  This thread is not for leveling kits or aftermarket wheels.

Post up some pictures!  Let us know what size your tires are and what kind.  I'm really only interested in doing very minor trimming if needed.  My last truck I just had to zip tie the liner a little further back.

Thanks!

I had accelera m/t 01 35/12.50 on stock 20s and just mounted 37s today so if you're interested in them I'll sell them to you. And you can see that I fit them with no problem. I did do a 1.5" motofab leveling kit to fix the rake (which is also for sale) but it was not added until a month laterd1337df7220039585d85cfda660d0d9d.jpg36b0a1541b82caf5717b16f47d010144.jpg0c4c3a2e222a355fb608af3e938d2c01.jpg30f3a64dcb531064d20dd15767c693a7.jpg

285/60/20 anyone?

ba30d7698d88ab72aa31b98186a3748e.jpgJust for reference those are the specs of a Toyo Open country RT in the 285/60r20....destrada managed to run 35x12.50r20 accelera MT without a level and if I remember correctly on their site it stated 34.5” and on another site i found they had them at 12” wide. So your desired size is very doable.

When going up to 37" from stock do you need to calibrate speedo?

Yes. I'm on 37s and when indicating 40mph I'm actually doing 45. At 60 it's closer to 67-68 so be careful or recalibrate4877769706aba2abddc2ce9b6038df2a.jpg
