Westin Automotive

I've had my Westin CPS step rails on my truck since January 2001. Yesterday I noticed that the step pad on the drivers side (3 door truck) moved when I stepped on it to get in. After looking at it closer, I noticed that one of the mounting tabs on the back side of the pad had broken. I called Westin's 1-800 number that is listed in the Technical Support section of their website, told the individual what had happened and they said they would send me a replacement out right away at no charge. He even asked me how many I wanted. I only need one right now, but it's nice to know I could have got all three if needed.

Another :( here!!! They took care of me when my Oval tubes chrome plating started to fail. Emilio Gomaz in Customer Service sent many emails, and phone calls to assure me that the problem was being corrected, and that I would get one of the first sets of bars when they were re-released!!!

Update;

 

Even better customer support. I received my step pad Monday and it fit great, but the tread pattern was was different from the others on the steps. I called and talked to their customer support again, and they said they would send me out some more so they would all match. :thumbs:
