I have a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax that I have owned for a year now.  On 3-4 occasions, I have got in the truck and it won't start, not even a click.  On two occasions, I was able to get it to start after about 5 minutes by using the remote start on the key fob.  Another time I was able to get it to start by going and getting the second key fob.  I mentioned the issue to the dealer and they indicated that unless they can duplicate the issue, they have no way of diagnosing.  Has anyone else had a similar problem?  Seems like it might be some type of open electronic circuit....?

I've had the same issue on my 2018 Duramax Denali as well.  Strange thing is that a message comes up and displays
Roll Driver Side Window Down and Back Up.  Not sure what that has to do with the batteries not charging.

I had the exact same problem.   Fortunately the second time I went to the dealer to fix this it did not start so they were able to recreate the issue.   The problem turned out to be the under hood fuse block.   They replaced it and no problems in the last month.
