2500 Loud Ticking And Lights Flashing

Recommended Posts

Ok guys, completely new to Chevy trucks so I'm looking to know what steps to take on this one.  My 2018 Silverado 2500 6.0 with 16000 miles is currently on a flatbed to the dealership. I was driving along at 45 mph when loud ticking started coming from somewhere in the front.  Both the check engine light traction lights started flashing and I lost almost all power. Pulled off immediately and shut it off.  Could it be something relatively simple or are they going to say it needs to be rebuilt or something. Just trying to prepare myself for the the worst

It does not matter where you bought it. You could be half way across the country and any GM dealership would do the warranty work.

This.

Keep us in the loop, what the heck, sounds like something let go.

I'll let you know. I live on an island, so first I have to get it on the ferry to the tune of $2000.
