2019 Silverado, jingle or bearing noise 1st order of tire/wheel;  they say there is a bulletin or PI, the dealership ordered parts (slinger, ring and seal) for the t-case and.... The parts were on national back order, now locked down by the strike.  30 days of waiting so far.  I don't have a bulletin number

Correct me if I'm wrong (by looking through this topic) only NON TB owners are experiencing this jingle...

TB owners please chime in (no pun intended). Are you hearing this front axle noise?

Can anyone provide feedback on this? I don't see TB owners complaining of this ringing noise.

SinCityTrailBoss has been active in this topic and has a trail boss with the issue. I want to say there was also a few others but don’t want to search the last 40 pages for them.

Yup. I’m sure there were a few of those too.

Ok, thanks. My truck is currently being looked at. I don't expect anything different from what others have reported. They claim they can't really hear the ringing. One thing i would like to know though, volume wise, is the jingle/ringing less pronounce on the TrailBoss and the AT4 because of the 2" lift?

@truck_newbie This is the sound. Mine is most noticeable 35-50MPH.

Let us know if this is the same sound you’re hearing in your AT4 (w/ factory 2” lift and extended CV shafts)..?

This is why I won't take mine in until there's a real fix. This is ridiculous. Thank God mine doesn't jingle all the time, only when hitting bumps, and even then it's not every time. The clicking I had stopped also and hasn't come back.

@Z06JPB this is not consistent with the jingle sound everyone else is hearing in this thread.

The jingle is a constant “ringing” (similar to the clip I just quoted) after full operating temp is met. Nothing to do with bumps and is always present (doesn’t come and go) like SinCity’s issue.

The only way to make jingle go away is if “Auto/4” transfer case selection is made.

Mine only jingles on a hard bump, and usually only does it once in the morning when exiting my driveway and I hit the bump at the bottom of the driveway.

Also mine had a clicking sound (posted a video a few pages back) that would go away when in 4x4.

Weird thing is clicking is completely gone.

I think it's related to the same TSB. I just want to wait until a real fix is found.

Thanks Kozzy, that helps. I can now see why everyone is calling it a jingle. I can definitely hear the bell sound in your sound clip. The ringing noise i'm experiencing definitely doesn't sound like this, no "bell" component. Mine sounds almost like a loose heat-shield rattling really fast.
