TFL does an in depth vs the Rebel. The go over ground clearance and every other part of the truck.

Good find,  Still also wondering what a standard 4x4 Z71  19+ measures at

I think if the TB had 33's, it would have been a clear cut win over the Rebel. It's a shame that GM offers 33 inch tires if you select the option 20 inch wheels, but sticks with a 32 inch tires on the 18's.

Here were their measurements.

  Trail Boss Raptor Rebel
Ground Clearance: 10.88 in 11.5 in 10.2 – 10.7 in
Approach/Breakover/Departure: 28.7/na/27.2 deg 30.2/21.8/23.0 deg 23.1/20.1-22.1/27.1 deg
Tires: Goodyear Duratrac 32in BFG KO2  35 in Goodyear Duratrac 33 in

'19 Custom 4x4, 285/60/20, ground clearance measures 10 1/4". My diff looks like it's less rounded on the bottom than the pic by Z1boss, does the Trailboss have a different differential?

Yes it does I believe.

Since the Custom has the 6 speed trans, it gets 3.42s. Not sure if that would be a 9.5 rear, or if ALL 3.42s are 9.76, as has been reported, but that would probably be the main reason it looks different.

There’s a lot of things at play for this measurement since there’s two different axle suppliers now on top of everything else.

I had to go look again, I remembered wrong. I have 275/60/20's instead of 285's. I corrected my original post. Tires are GoodYear Trailrunner AT.
