Converting a TH350 to a 700-R4

I am going to put a 700-R4 tranny in my 85 chevy truck instead of the th350 (need better mileage). What extra hookups have to be made to do this swap? The truck had a lockup converter for the th350 from factory but none of the vacum lines are hooked up anymore. I know people had problems with these trannys with high horsepower motors but I had mine built for power so that shoudn't be a problem. Where can i get a diagram of how these trannys hook up(electrical and vacum)? Will the crossmember need to be changed?

I've been tossing this idea around for some time. I'm going to do it if I keep the truck. It's just a matter of finding the $.
