Considering purchasing a high mileage 2014 Sierra Denali 6.2. Should I?

I bought a used 14 Sierra 1500. Less than 40,000 miles. So far had door lock actuator fail, heated seat cusions, both sides fail. I am waiting for the a/'c to fail with the bad condensers they put in. I would go with a 15 or later myself. So far engine ok.

I got my well equipped '14 SLE with 45k miles for under $25k last year.  I believe the only thing that it doesn't have versus an SLT is leather seats.   I love it.
