2019 trail boss sport bar

I just got a sport bar for my 2019 custom trailboss. It didn’t come with any instructions.  Can any of you all help me find some. I’ve looked everywhere and the one I did seem to find from pickup box ornamentation is not for the 2019 year

I thought you just unbolted the front tow hooks and bolted it in those holes.

That’s for the nudge bar. The sport bar is like a roll bar. It goes on the bed

Check for a video from the last gen trucks.  Should be the same install

Well. Got the sport bar installed. Now I just have to take it to the dealer to have them wire it up.

Any plans for a tonneau cover
I’m thinking about putting the sports bar and tonneau no my 19 at4
I’m not sure which rollup tonneau cover will work with the sports bar on a 2019

I just saw your other post about the tonneau cover

I think this cover may work

Still need to confirm that with dealer

Yea. I’m in the same boat. Need to go talk to the dealer and see which one will fit with the bar. I no they do because I’ve seen some trucks with the bar and a bed cover.  I’ll let you know which one they sell me

Not sure this helps... but the Backflip Revolver comes to 1/8th inch from that stake cap.

Did you ever get the instructions
My bar should be delivered this week
The wiring harness for the third brake light
did it have provisions for auxiliary lights
I’ve read on this forum that the previous generation harness may have provisions for the auxiliary lights

Yea. I have the instructions but it won’t let me upload them. It says the file is to large. What’s your email and I’ll email them to you. 

 

As as for the auxiliary lights, I’m not sure.  It has like a little plate on top of the bar that you can mount the lights to with already pre drilled holes.  I haven’t took the plate off to look under it yet though
