MrQuadrasteer
Y'all tell me- I took my truck in for a couple things, one being I can not turn the A/C compressor off. Ex- it was a cool evening, just wanted the vent to get air flow, but compressor engages. Dealer tells me this is how the new a/c systems are .... Says if the computer senses too much humidty in the air (ALWAYS in Houston...), the compressor will automatically come on.... Said to adjust the temp if it gets too cold. I have the non-auto dual-zone a/c, btw. Thanks. Smoke
pacodiablo
The compressor cycles every now and then, even if you have the A/C off. I think it is to just keep the system running smoothy more than anything else. It is normal.
HendyPhoto
Mine does the same thing, I was thinking of taking it in.
