It's actually not that bad, but I'm coming from a straight pipe true dual Camaro. I guess my perception of "loud" is off. Lol.

I honestly don't notice the new exhaust much unless I'm pushing moderately heavy on the pedal. When then I don't think it's that loud. Love the sound though. 

I'm going to use the extra 12 inch section of pipe that came with the catback kit for CCSB option to cut out the flapper and replace with.

The same with my shoulder surgery. Oh,.....glad the OP  fixed their exhaust as well.
