WHOA!!!!!!! I had the same problem...I kept blowing a ignition fuse.....took it to the stealer...they explained to me that the emergency brake was rubbing against some wires and shorting them out....of course, this was blamed on my aftermarket stereo...(which of course runs wires around the emergency break...A-HOLES)....anyway...needless to say, about 700 bucks later, and a new wiring harness all was well....I did find that if I didn't set the emergency brake it didn't trip the fuse. It only tripped when the brake was released.

Funny story..this all happened when I was looking for apts in FL (I lived in VA at the time)...so I was at the hotel....figured out what was happening, and told the valet at the hotel not to put the e-brake on...so he does it anyway....once the truck was running when the fuse tripped it blew out my cluster....but the truck ran, because it was an ignition fuse....I knew that I needed fuses cause I had used all my spares....so the valet took 2 out of a car he was parking...(it was their spare and their power door locks)...and I got to drive around south florida for a while looking for a d**n autoparts store....finally found it...went back to the hotel...gave the valet his two fuses back(along with a big tip)....then he told me that the people's car he took the fuses from gave him $20 for fixing their door locks...LOL.....I think I may start valeting cars.....

anyway...check your e-brake and see if that makes the fuse trip. and I hope the stealer fixes your under warrenty

A Diagnostic would not pick it up. The PCM only monitors emission control related items and will set a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) upon a failure. From there the troubleshooting process may lead back to an electrical short, open, etc.

But this is not an emissions device failure, hence no diagnostic scanner would pick it up. It may be something that either a TSB or other bulletin may be issued on though.
