How to tell if I have magneride

I’ve searched on here, looked at the dealer sticker and emailed to get my build sheet. Looking for a sure way to tell if I have the magneride or not. 2014 1500 Ltz z71

You do not have Magnetic Ride Control.  2015-2018 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 is the only truck with MRC (standard equipment), minus my one exception below in the next quote response.

Your sticker in the glovebox would have "Z95" on the label if it had it.

Pretty sure only comes on the Denali.

:)

That would be correct with one exception, 2017-2018 Silverado 1500 High Country only with the High Desert package added to it got Z95 Magnetic Ride Control.

Is the truck new to you, or did you buy it new? You should have the “factory” Rancho’s that come with the Z71 package.

It’s new to me. Bought it about a month ago and want to do a leveling kit.

If you have a Z71, that's your answer right there.  Can't have mag ride, period, with the Z71 package.  I don't believe you could get it at all on the '14 Chevy either.

When you say dealer sticker, are you referring to the sticker with your option/build codes in the glove box?

No. Talking about the one they stick to the window with a list of features.

Oh, the four square, Monroney sticker. The one in your glove box is your bible for figuring out what you have. You requested a build sheet, so the codes will tell you what each one means. The window sticker just lists standard/optional features in some detail.

I have a 2009 Sierra Denali 6.2L. Does this have magnetic ride control?

Welcome to the site.

Do you have this code in your glovebox on the RPO sticker: Z95 Suspension, MagneRide Magnetic Ride Control
