Anyone See A Double Cab LT Trail Boss??

Recommended Posts

I'm shopping for a new Silverado, I had my eye on a LT trail boss for awhile.  I really would like a 6.6ft box and don't want to have a crew cab long wheel base, also I do not have much use for a crew cab in general. But I cant find not one double cab LT trail boss anywhere, on Chevrolet build and price it shows the configuration but once you goes to build one, you don't get any option packages at all, only wheels and paint. could this be a error or some sort? do a LT trail boss double cab even exist? I seen lots of those in the custom configuraton but I really like the LT's frount end better ad I would like to get bucket seats.

I don't think you can get a DC LT TB. If you want the Double Cab, you have to go with the Custom. If you want LT TB, Crew is your only option. You can, however, get an AT4 Sierra DC, and you can load one up with options.

You cannot get an LT Trail Boss in a double cab.  Only in a crew cab.  The Custom Trail Boss, however can be ordered in a double cab.

I prefer a DC. I prefer/want the standard bed over the short which comes with 99% of CCs. I don't want the long wheel base of a CC with the standard bed..   Plus the DC's are assembled in the USA.

The new '19 crew cabs are also assembled in the USA.  Mine was built in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Keep in mind too that the new short bed is bigger in both volume and size than the outgoing one.  I agree with you though on the long wheel base.

It’s good to see that some of the T1 CC are being built in Indiana.. some K2’s CC were built in the US, but most of them were built south of the border (serial starts with 3)of course ALL the HD CC’s continue to be assembled in the US. I know the 19 beds are deeper and volume may have increased, but I have a motorcycle and other items that I occasionally put in the bed. I need the length more than the actual  volume..
