L5P Hood Scoop Lighting Duramax

Thinking about adding 2 or 3 small leds in the ram air hood scoop. Guy on another forum did it on a Silverado but this is the only one I have seen.

May be too many since I added running board lights though...

I like the look of the little lights in the hood scoop.

Haven't seen one on the road.

 

If they are set back into the scoop, they may not be as obvious (or maybe not visible) when looked at with the corner view that makes the running board markers visible.

I added a light behind the lower grill, subtle but more noticeable than the pic shows. I may add the scoop light soon.
