If it were me, I would just go to the Mcgard site for the lock and just get the factory black lug nuts rather than guessing. Probably can get both from GMPartsdirect.com cheaper than your local dealer.

I had a set of black lug nuts like those and they started to rust after a year.  Got a set of GM gloss black lug nuts for Christmas
