I know everything about them ask away.

I had a smaller turbo now I have the largest available 76/75 bmf gen2 billet.

Race intercooler

Larger springs open exhaust.

Stock little over 550rwhp.

With supporting fuel 850 is the record but it has meth also.

You can check build thread. But it is bolt on. The race core intercooler was 3 days worth of grinding the denalingrill but other than that yeas bolt on. You still need
Tune
Spark plugs
3bar map
Boostcontroler
Exhaust.
550 or a little more at 12psi and it can go more I made over 600rwhp but that is not advisable this is on the 5.3l.
Lt4 injectors and pump are cheap but don't net much more. Low side fuel pump on top of all that and 700-800+ are all doable with a good tune. Meaning you can go less power say 700 and e85 stay in safe fuel.levels and make great power.
Power is easy on these motors issue is trans and torque management. It's a tune all in itself.but I would be happy to send you a free tune or 3.

Hi welcome to the forum. Unfortunately some people here have discouraged 1SLOW1500 from participating in the forums, so he is no longer here to help with turbo questions. You will have better luck on Performance Trucks .net or LS1tech getting the help you need with tuning.

you can still review all of slow1500's post he posted lots of gems of knowlege left behind before leaving, its too bad we have so many smeagle's up in this mofo

75 turbo might be a bit large for the fuel system  , i guess you won't be going full tilt on it.  i'm still studying the whole boost set up and getting parts..  LS1 tech is a good source, while Perftruck .net is a bit slow on activity lately and lots of disinformation on there..

Yeah I hear you on that and I appreciate your reply it seems like people get mad when other people try to explain something. And if they're right they would rather just get rid of the people that know more than they do. I tuned it about 4 different times I actually am making progress it's just on the gen-5 GM's there is so many tuning tables that open up but I also have HP tuners Believe it or not SCT derive advantage 3software actually offers more tables and part meters for tuning

If you buy the On3 kit, ditch the oil evacuation pump and tap into the oil pan (just below the rail) or the timing cover for a gravity drain (-10AN size, no smaller). The pump is unreliable. This prevents it from being a complete "bolt-on" but do you want easy or do you want reliable?
