ORDERED!

I'd like to see dyno results before and after. The program for my truck is $595. The same money will buy a high stall torque converter less installation, but worth an honest .4 in the 1/4 mile. Of course the Westers will do other recalibrations. :chevy: What to do?

basically we talked about everything.i mentioned that i had a free flowing exhaust with the headers, cats, bullet mufflers, true dual, and x-pipe.he said he could tune for it to take full advantage of the flow.he is going to raise my idle to 625 instead of 550.i measured the tire by marking it and the concrete to get the speedo correct.shift points are going to be 5600 1-2 and 5500 2-3.he is going to set the kickdown different so that it will down shift instead of staying in gear like our trucks sometimes seem to do.he also stated that he does leave a tiny bit of tq in so that the shifts are very firm and you will not experience the slight hesitation when shifting at wot.i told him i had a 180 therm.i mentioned that i had the iridium plugs. he said that they will work fine but i think i am going to go to a step colder.we talked about the mass air sensor. he said he could tune for no screen but he does prefer to leave it in since it is able to get a better reading to the pcm.lyndon is a great guy to talk to and is very intelligent about everything.my honest belief is not everyone will be 100% satisfied with his pcm's.every truck and person reacts differently.i believe that i will be very staisfied. :chevy:

That "kickdown" is awesome!!! It is quick and sharp and immediatly puts your motor right in the middle of the sweet-spot. If you are rolling along at 55 MPH and give your truck 1/2 throttle you are up to 75 MPH very quickly!!!

I don't know if I can unlearn using the column shifter... hehehehe

No worries. I'll send you a couple, along with some neat ones for your

mirror. "Objects in Mirror soon disappear..."

I did an experimental tune with your PCM, so let me know how it works.

Everything was as you requested, but I did some different modifications

to

The torque management, and I'd like some feedback. Yours will be going

out

Tomorrow afternoon.

Lyndon.

now i am really excited. :chevy:
