This exact truck (before you modded it) is the best looking T1 GM makes, IMO... AT4 on 20"s with the 6 running boards.

If I had to go through buying a new one all over again, I would have looked more closely at the AT4. Since my dealer did not have one on the lot, I went with the RST. I still love my RST, but the 20" AT4 is a real beaut.

I really like the stock 20s also... from a distance or in pics. Up close, they are very flat faced. I actually almost bought the trail boss 20s bc they look like they have a little depth.
The only reason I bought wheels is bc the lift and tire setup I want, requires less backspacing to clear the components.
As for the running boards, they definitely go well with the stock mud flaps.

If I could leave anything stock, then the AT4 would be the best choice

Don't get me wrong, your AT4 looks great with the mods!

And yeah, the only thing I have thought about the GMCs when I see them in person is that it's a LOT of face on that grill. I do like how the Chevy's are a little more linear and stretched head-on. But from the side, they can look a little odd with the leading edge of the hood leaning forward and the bottom of the bumper pulled back in... creating a bit of a forward sloping look from the side profile.

It's funny you say that. I didn't like how flat faced my stock wheels are, but I do like the big flat face grille. When I went to my local Chevy dealer, I specifically said no Chevy's bc I hate the bar across the middle. When I was looking at f150s, I was only looking for the sport bc it has a big honeycomb grille while all the other trim levels had big chrome or body colored bars

Personally I don't like the front end on the Chevy TB and my first truck was a K5 Blazer. I was originally looking at a '19 SLT and then they put me in an '18 Denali and I hated the ride. It was trying to be cushy like a car but then stiff like a truck at the same time. 2 days go by and they send me this pic of a 6.2 AT4 that came in, and I signed the paperwork that night.

First 2 pics is what the dealer sent me

Third pic is how she sits today

I have no regrets on getting the AT4 over the TB or Denalid96e8387f0d6144f9b4be7553a51c7e4.jpg4c492364d152370086330e3cc2a302f4.jpgdf9ff4941a666ba3a40069328c440b6d.jpg

for some reason AT4 really needs wheel and tires....the body is just too big for stock ones and stock wheels I don't care for....

but its a better option because you can get a lot more on em than TB

Just traded in my 2019 TB for a fully loaded AT4. One of the main reasons was to get the adaptive cruise and other features not available on the TB. Only just turned 200 miles, but love it so far!

How much of a hit did you take on the TB if you don’t mind me asking? I’m thinking of trading in my 19 Denali for an AT4 here soon.

I was in the hole about $9k, but the dealer discount on the AT4 and $6500 bonus cash from GM made it happen without anything out of pocket. :)

was curious too as I want to trade in my 2019 RST for 2500....we don't get tax credit in California, that really sucks....I am even on my truck as far as loan to value but still paying tax again burns, lol

I went through this earlier in the year, I opted for the TB with a 6.2L (new for 2020). I made my decision based on looks, I prefer the exterior of the TB over the AT4.

Same here... The look of the TB sold me. Plus the Midnight Edition with the back badges and 6.2. I wish the same tech came in the TB as the AT4, it was hard to choose one over the other for that reason. IMO the TB is a much more aggressive looking truck before you touch it. It's all personal opinion at the end of the day. I'm only in my first week but I absolutely love my TB.
