I went with a 1” motofab lift, Ridge Grappler 305/55/R20, fuel Vandal 20x9 +1 offset.  We had to remove the bracket behind the mud flap as it was pushing the mud flap forward and making it rub against the tire at full lock.  After removal, we were able to push the mud flap back about a half inch and now have zero rub.

Did you have any issues putting the 1” lift on here with the stock 2” lift? How did that all work out?

No issues here, I stayed on the safe side and just went with the 1".  I know a lot of others were going with the 1.5" but I really worried about using either of those.  But a guy on the FB groups said he personally talked to Motofab and they recommended going with just the 1".  So far no issues and I love it.  I started with a 2" rake, now I am at about 3/4" rake.

I went with the 1" as well. I wouldnt want to push it any further.

275/70r18 BFG K02's on 1.75" spacers.  Slight rub on reverse at full turn, not enough to do anything about.

Your truck looks great. Would you be willing to snap a side profile? Curious about how far that wheel and tire setup would sit from the body. I love the stock wheels and was thinking about getting some new tires and possibly spacers.

Anyone know what the widest tire that can be run with the factory 18" wheel and no spacers? I've been eyeballing the toyo mt in 35x12.5r18 but i have a feeling they will rub on the ball joint.

pg 3...at4 barely pulls off  35x12x5 duratracs with minor rubbing.

trailboss might be different...also if you throw in a 1 or 1.5" leveling kit that could help.

duratracs are actually (34.8"x12.5")

toyo mts vary the 128Q (same as duratracs).....123Q(35"x13.2")

wow cant believe i missed that. Thanks!! The trail boss and at4 should have the same balljoint/knuckle clearance. Trail boss just has a little bit larger wheel well opening.

how big of a lift? Im looking at putting 285/65/20 on my truck all it has is the 2 inch factory lift in it.

Can anyone give me some insight, Have a trailboss with moto fab 1.5 inch level,

Looking at getting 20x9 with a 20 offset and a 5.75 backspace, Wanting to go 305/55/R20 Tires, will it fit with the modification to the mudflap bracket?

I have the Motofab 1.5" level with 20x9 +1 Fuel Mavericks and 305/55R20 Ridge Grapplers.

I did not have to trim or modify the mudflap and have no rubbing so you should have no problem with a +20 offset.

Hey bro. Is this the 1” level kit you went with?

https://www.motofablifts.com/product-p/ch-1lm.htm

I like the rake and don’t want to get rid of it completely, but have 20x10 -18’s and 305/55’s coming and don’t want to run into any slight rubbing issues.

Thanks!

Yeah, that is it, but you can get it on ebay for cheaper.  Also, you are going to rub alot with the 20x10 -18, I tried to put those on but the 20x9's rubbed way too much.  You will need to go with at least a 2" lift if you want to run 305/55, otherwise you will get lots of rubbing.  If you are fine with cutting up the mudflap, then you wont have an  issue, but I didnt want to go that far with it.

Thanks for the heads up. Spoke to two people. One in a stock AT4 with the same wheels and 295/55 that fit perfectly, zero rubbing and one with a LTZ with a 2” level up front that had to cut into his mudflap. I figure on a Trailboss with an Inch more height then the LTZ and 2” Level and removing the mud flap bracket and cutting it a little I’ll be fine. Just trying not to cut into the fender liners.
