2015 Silverado Z71 no high beam headlights

As the title suggests, I have a 2015 Silverado 1500 Z71 Crew Cab 5.3 with no high beams. The indicator on the dash does come on as it is supposed to, but no lights. I have checked one of the bulbs and the bulb socket has voltage coming to it. At this point I assumed the other side is the same way, but I did not do my due diligence as I probably should have on the other side. I have seen a few posts on this subject but most came during the posters warranty period and offered no real solutions. I have seen that the printed circuit board (PCB) could be bad and would need to be replaced. Is there any way to test the pcb? Can I get any new pcb for my year, or are they pretty specific? Is it something I can do myself, and if so, is there any reason it would have to go to a dealer to be flashed of some sort. Any help would be appreciated.

PCB's are not replaceable. Would need a fuse box.

High beam relay is a PCB relay. Both high beams are wired separately for power and ground after the underhood fuse block where the relay is located indicating that it is very unlikely there is  a wiring issue beyond the fuse block. Most likely you will need a fuse block. Not likely it is a BCM problem if the IP indicator turns on and off. I've seen both l & r bulbs bad but never on high beam. Two options, have it diagnosed or try a fuse block.

Is this the correct fuse box? Are they difficult to install? I am pretty mechanically inclined.

Easy to install  but can't say if it correct. Call a dealer to verify p/n

Did you ever figure out this high beam issue? I'm having the same issue now. They were fine one day then nothing the next. Just wondering what it ended up being for you. Thx
