Hey do you think a 295/60r20 (33.94” x 11.77”). Would fit better with no rub?  I would be looking at a 20x9 wheel with 0 offset?  Is it the width that causes the problem or diameter?  I was assuming the width which is why i thought these might work better, still wide enough, but almost 3/4” smaller in width than the 305/55r20 (33.23” x 12.44”) I am going off measurements for the nitto ridge grapplers for both tire measurements.

Let me check tomorrow morning.  I believe you will be fine but I'm gonna lock my wheels from side to side and see exactly how and where it rubs.

So based on what I saw this morning, I believe it may ever so slightly rub.  Even though you are removing some of the width, you are adding about .2 inches on each side of the tire which will close the gap you are gaining.  Honestly though I dont think you will notice it unless you do a lot of full lock turns.  It's your call if you want absolutely no rub at all or dont mind the slightest rub sometimes.  Let me what you do and how it works out and also if you have any other questions.

Yeah I’m stuck in a predicament, I want larger tires, just not sure how to do it.  My problem is I’m at full lock in and out of my driveway and there is a 4” curb at bottom of driveway that I will go up/down at full lock.  I don’t want any rubbing at all... lol my wife already doesn’t want me to change the wheels and tires, she would kill me if I got tires that rubbed! Haha :)  sure wish a level kit would come out, that would solve my problems!

I'm sure theres a specific level kit coming soon.  A few members on another post used a 1.5 inch level and it seems to work fine.  They posted pictures of the angles and they dont look bad.  Not sure if you might be interested in that route or are just gonna wait it out.  Also Nitto does make a 295/55R20 Ridge Grappler which measures out to 32.76x12.17.  That probably wont rub but it's not a true 33 either

I just put on 285/60R20 (33.7x11.5) Ridge Grapplers with a 20x9 0 offset wheel. No rub no scrub. I did put a 1" motofab bottom mount level just because I cannot stand the factory rake. I have a .50" rake now with that level. Hardly changed my angles and will hold me over until something TB specific comes out. I really don't want to lift it 6" because I won't fit in my garage haha. Plus I like the stance of what it is. I would probably go 2" if rough country or someone comes out with something.

Nice, I want to see pics! :)  yeah, I dont want to put any level on until its an actual proven lift that wont cause any issues.   I know some have done it, but I will wait until someone puts one out specifically for the TB.  But would love to see pics of these wheels on the truck!

I didn’t want to at first either but saw the angles on 1.5” and they weren’t bad so I figured 1” would be safe until then. Almost feel like I should’ve gotten an RST haha. Here’s the best pic I could get with the weather lately.

That looks awesome!  Do you have any more angle type photos, curious as to how much they stick out with a 0 off set and 11.5 wide.

Sorry it took so long. It’s been raining since I got it and I could get good shots in my garage.

Barely sticks out. I would say it was a 1/4” stick out

I had 305/55r20 on my factory wheels with 2" level.  Not trail boss.  Fit fine. Those nittos rode smooth and quiet.  Replaced with bfgs in stock 33 size because they looked kinda baloony to me.  I might try 285s next time
