Interior

2019 LT with 6xx miles. I have a buzz in the diverside dash at certain RPMs that happens repeatably and a overhead noise that is either headliner or maybe door seals but is intermittent/temp related.

And the driverside door switch panel buzzes something fierce if you play bass heavy tracks on the stock stereo loudly.

I come from a GM family, but I'll be the first to say GM interiors rattle more than the industry average.  Mechanically I love my truck but the interior fit and finish is underwhelming

Yup, I've got the same issue with mine. Otherwise the interior is tight, no squeaks or rattles anywhere.
I switched mine from passenger side to driver side and vice versa and it seems to have taken care of the rattle. I swear I hear the plastic chain that helps move the rear window every now and then but I can't verify it.

I’ll have to try that. It’s definitely the rear headrests, though. If I put pressure on each and flip the rear tray up/down: no rattle.

I took all three out for a couple of days and it made a difference so I agree, I think most of the noise is the headrest. Hopefully them being switched corrects the problem long term.

Don’t want to jinx it but seems like switching sides made a difference. I’ll see how it sounds on the road tomorrow.

Either no rattle or significantly less. You're a prophet for suggesting that fix lol.

There are 2 causes for the rear headrest rattle....

1.  The post going into the seat....fix it with some of the rubber used for dynomat, just a little around the bottom.

2.  You may not know but the part that is in the seat that the headrest fits into actually comes out because its what holds the back of the seat to the cab (thats where mine rattled on the passenger side.  Take it out, drop the seat and put some dynamat at that mounting point.
