Can any tuners help me

I have a 2010 2ss 6sp 10,000 miles. Car has long tubes, ported tb , cai and doug thorly muffler delete. About 4 yrs ago i installed used obx long tubes with hi flow cats. Re used my stock o2s. Got the car tuned. Shortly after that i always got a p0174 lean bank code and p0430. Reset it and goes away but would always come back. Never drive the car so always got put on the back burner on diagnosing it.

I bought myself a scan tool that logs my data. Can a tuner just look at some snap shots and help me figure out if its the tune, cats or o2s please.

can you reflash with stock tune and start over?
