Drive mode selector dial is not labeled on some trucks?

Anyone else notice some trucks have the drive mode selector knob labeled with a checked flag and some are blank or just have left and right arrows?  Are certain models labeled and some not.  GM's media pics even have both labeled and some not.

Correct.  The High Country's knob is not labeled.  On the labeled knobs, left is tow/haul mode and right is sport mode.  On the High Country (and probably Denali too), there are multiple modes to select from so that is why it's not labeled.  When you turn the non-labeled knob, it will display a menu of options on the DIC screen

I have a '19 High Country 4X4. The knob is not labeled. On mine, when you turn it you can select from 4 different modes...Tow/Haul, Sport, Touring, and Off Road.

Also noteworthy is that on the bottom of the knob it has an "N" which apparently indicates when the transfer case is in Neutral.
