gothp28
New guy here...been watching this forum unfold while I’ve been doing research for Lifts/Wheels/Tires and Running boards for my new Black AT4. I need some suggestions for wheels (black preference, like matte more than gloss, and not a huge fan of the chrome beads surrounding the outside of wheels). I’m getting my truck project started next week and doing the following: 4” Rough Country Suspension Lift (made for the AT4), Nitto Ridge Grapplers in either 295/65/20 (35.12x11.77x20) or 35x12.5x20 size, new wheels in either 20x9 or 20x10 (still trying to decide on the brand and style), and then the amp-research power running boards. Here’s a picture of what the truck looks like now. Only mods so far are a Bakflip 2 MX trifold cover, and Ceramic Lumineer window tint (20% on all windows, and 35% on front windshield). The stock wheels are 275/60/20 (can’t find what the stock offset on these are though). Any thoughts/suggestions or comments please let me know! Thanks! And hurry cause this project is starting next Thursday! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I don't know if this is true but I was told stock rims are somewhere around +30 offset. You will also have to worry about the back spacing on the back of the rim to clear the brake caliper. .450 will not fit. From what is looks like .470 will. That's of course if you don't add spacers. I'm trying to place an order next week as well and have been doing research since January as there's not enough out.Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
TH3JUICEMAN
customoffsets.com has thousands of wheels, and they list the backspacing as well. On a 20x10 negative 18-25 offset, backspacing can vary from 4.5 up to 5+. gothp28 is correct, 4.7 and above seems to be needed with the new calipers. I personally like the new Fuel Rebel and Fuel Blitz, both come in solid black (20x10 -18 offset) Edited March 29, 2019 by TH3JUICEMAN

The Hoss 2 wheels 20x9 (with 4.53 backspacing) in gloss black with a -12 offset, and the 295/65/20 (35.12x11.77x20) are what I think I’ve decided on. The white AT4 on their website is the 35x12.5x20 with the hoss 2 in 20x9 with a -12 offset, and the tires stick out approximately 1.25inches from the body/wheelwell...that one looks great but wanted a bit tighter in to cut down on rock/debris kick up and personal preference on aesthetics. Hard part is finding a wheel you like with the right dimensions hah...Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

In the video above, the Arkon Lincoln 20x10 -25 offset, w/ 4.52 backspacing didn't fit. The Method MR701 17x18.5 0 offset, w/ 4.75 did fit. Also, they make the Hoss 2 in a 0 offset, that has 5.0 backspacing. I'm wondering if that is what they're running on the white AT4 on their website (12mm of offset difference is less than 1/2inch of width). edit* upon further looking, they're definitely not running the 0 offset. So IDK lol Edited March 29, 2019 by TH3JUICEMAN
AT4TraumaJunkie
The truck in that video and the AT4 must be different because I know the guy who did the build on the white truck and he confirmed the specs for me...another issue is the actual design of the wheel. Wheels that are more flat (instead of having angled spokes, as in angled immediately towards the outside/towards the outer tire sidewall) won’t fit, but with the specs I mentioned prior along with the appropriate wheel design they do fit. That’s why the Hoss 2 fits in those specs. A greater number of wheel designs will fit the greater the back spacing and/or with the addition of a spacer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Trailboss75
haha, picking wheels is the hardest thing to do! I have a Trail Boss but still have the same issues with the brake calipers. But everytime I think I found the wheel I want, I find something else. I think I have finally narrowed it down, but still cant pick, so frustrating. I am looking at the Fuel Vandal, Fuel Coupler, XD Buck and the Hostile Sprocket. Pretty sure i want the Vandal, but the others have my attention too! Good luck in your search. I also like the Fuel Maverick, but seeing they are pretty much on every other truck you see on the road, I wanted something a little different. Although I do like the idea of having a 20x10 -12 instead of a -18.
gothp28
I've called customoffsets 2 times and To be honest there fitment specialists have not been able to help me. The last time a called was after that video came out and he told me basically that exact rim and a larger tire 34-35 with an offset would fit when he was totally wrong. I just said thank you for your help and hung up versus fighting with him. I was going to order with them but a local place said if they don't fill pick out something different.Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
AT4TraumaJunkie
Yeah, it sucks because despite the actual wheel size and offset, it’s the wheel design and depth from the spokes to the mounting plate that are so variable and not listed in specs, and is what’s messing everyone up with these 2019’s...it’s never been a problem before due to the smaller brake calipers, but now with the larger ones we are all running into that problem. Only real solution is to call the manufacturer or distributor and ask them to actually measure that distance, then you’ll know if it’ll fit. I’ll update y’all with pics throughout the build. Keep the suggestions coming! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Schmoe
I’m in an out of parking garages all day, and I know the height on my AT4 is 78.4 inches. That is cutting it close in a lot of garages. Does anyone know what a leveling kit for AT4 will do to overall height? If it’s a 2” leveling kit, will it raise the top of the truck two inches as well? AJMBLAZER
Almost. Since the back isn’t changing height the cab just pivots upward most of 2”. I’d use 2” as a “safety figure” for that situation.

AT4TraumaJunkie
So after initially speaking with rough country, who said with 100% conviction that their new 4” suspension lift for the new AT4 replaced the 2’’ on the truck from factory (for a total of 4” lift), have now said the lift increases the overall height of the truck from where its at now. This would effectively give my truck a 6” suspension lift (which I don’t want to go that big). How can people not know what they sell...I mean really? Come on people!Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Heres my 2019 gmc sierra at4 with 4p08 4play rims with 33x12.50x22 we had to level the truck and add a 1/4 inch spacer to bring rim out off caliper and some triming had to be done on the mud flaps so it didnt rub but wow what ya think . What Leveling Kit you used?
