Faint chattering noise from engine?

Anybody else notice a faint chattering noise from the engine while driving? I have a 6.2 10 speed and just noticed it while I was driving without the radio. Any idea what the sound may be coming from? Maybe the dynamic fuel management. I’m sure it’s normal but just thought I would ask.

Well considering the K2 2014-2018-s sond like sewing machines.....

The 2019 T1s will no doubt earn a nickname as well Lol.

Is there any vibration felt with the chattering sound?

No vibration is present. It’s only noticeable when cruising with no radio or when the windows are down. It’s very minimal and I can live with it. 90% of the time I drive with the radio on and would not notice it. I did reach out to Chevy. They are going to get back with me next week with a resolution. I’m assuming they are going to say it’s normal. Overall the truck is a beast. ?

Any chance it's the direct injection?  My 5.3 has the faint sewing machine sound created by direct injection, which doesn't sound unhealthy like something is loose.

I would bet you nailed it, the injectors are probably the culprit ?
