What was your final "Out The Door Price" and where did you find your truck?

Bought it at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, Illinois.  They had two or three with tow mirrors.  Fox Lake is on the chain-o-lakes so there are a ton of boat owners around.

I'm not going to give details of what I paid.  I will say that I qualified for just under $8,000 in rebates AND the 0% for 84 months (if I wanted to go that route).  This was in March just 2 days before the big shut down.

Thanks for the information. The only reason I am asking for what was your Out The Door Price is because I need to know a good estimate of what it is going to take to purchase a truck with the 6.2L. I made my first attempt to buy one a couple of days ago. The "sales price" that was on the dealerships web site and on the window sticker on the truck in the lot was 41k so I said, with 3k down and we will work on a possible trade in later, what is the best out the door price with my excellent credit score with dealership finance and 84 mo. She comes back and says, $47,160 out the door. So I say, we just went from 38k with my 3k down to 47k? I am totally confused and say well, how much can we deal on moving that price down and she says, I can for sure knock off $50 and maybe up to $100. I say, your kidding me, you can take a hundred bucks off of 47 THOUSAND dollars! I got up and left. The next day I look at it on their web site again and the price changed and is now $48,000. What the $#(*)W)! I don't understand. The truck is a used 1 owner titled, 2020 1500 6.2L LTZ it has 16,500 miles on it. Any thoughts?

Supply is limited, so they have less incentive to work out a deal.

Also, how much a dealership is willing to work with you varies quite a bit from dealer to dealer.

Also, in regards to the 0% for 84 (which I thought only applied to new vehicles), there are stipulations on how it can be used.  When I was shopping around early last month, the price was going to be more if I opted to use that financing.  If I used my own financing or theirs (and not the GM 0 for 84) they could give me a much better price.

That Trail Boss wheels and tires? was the original ones swapped out? didn't think the dealer would do that.
Yes, one of the sales people ordered it and set it up like this, i believe they had take off trailboss wheels and tires and put them on it for the guy and he backed out, they put on all the black emblems as well. The truck has the diesel off road package so it allready came with the duratracs, just the wheels are different.

Ya I was down until they said that if you do 0% for 84 you have to pay MSRP.

Which in my case was $10k more....

Can't get any discounts if you do the deal.

Crew Cab, standard box with tow mirrors.  Very rare beast.

Saw a white CC Std Box Trail Boss with tow mirrors the other day. Didn't get a chance to see what engine it had since it was heading in the opposite direction.

Not true. I got $6k in discounts, plus the zero percent interest on my left over 2019 high country.  Traded in my 2018 Sierra for it. Love this new 10 spd and larger bed.
