2019 Sierra and Silverado Build and Price Tool

Does anyone know when GM is going to release the build and price tool on there respective websites for the Sierra and Silverado? Trucks are hitting dealers now, so I'm a bit surprised you can't go to chevy.com or gmc.com and build a truck how you want it with graphics.
