There isn’t a vehicle on that list I would buy new for that reason without deep discounts. My Wife’s Genesis was an 11 we bought in 11 with 1K miles on it. It was a CPO with full warranty. The owner upgraded to a Equus. We got a deep discount. My latest an 17 Camry, Gullo Toyota had a ton of leftovers last year 10K off. A new design was coming out. My son bought a Yukon Denali Xl left over last year deep discounts.
