This an example of bolt on power for a vehicle. Except nothing is connected in this case. Not a single body part has been cut 🤣

We helped our daughter buy a house in 2018. It’s 1200$ a month for everything. She doesn’t like home ownership. The lawn septic maintenance all that. We recently checked out of curiosity noticing the growth of apartments in our area. There’s so many she can get a 5 year deal for 1200$ a month 3 bedrooms at 1200 square feet. A house in her neighborhood just sold just like hers for an amount that would give her 100K in equity. I’m getting older and I’m usually called when there’s a problem. With the addition of my mother in laws house to look after I’m at 4 houses and 5 total acres. I told her go for it. She can have a blast for 5 or 10 years then move in with us. By then we’ll probably need a little help her last kid will be grown. Sure if she stays in her house it will appreciate more. As it ages the AC will need replacing, the roof etc. Her retirement is covered by inheritance especially if she can keep us home building equity. Instead of assisted living. So it’s not always cut and dry. Sometimes you have to know when to cash out.
