84 K5 Blazer

I found a 84 blazer that is in excelant condition. Original 305 has been replaced with a 350 4bolt main which has a few goodies added. New high ouput wires, distributer, platnum plugs, new alternator and battery. rebuilt trans with shift kit and rebuilt trans case. The motor has approx 20-25K on it. Body is very straight zero rust or dents except the rear bumper which is slightly bent. Interior is in very good condition the only problem is the handles which have been pulled out and put back in with larger screws. Also it has power windows which are very sssllllllowww. He wants Started at $3800 and have him at $3200 now. do you think this is a good deal and what else should I look for on a vehicle like this. Thanks

Go there with 3000.00 cash and call it a day. Dude will probably take 3K cash waving in front of him rather than a possible 3500 from a buddy's uncle's sister's friends who knows a guy that is in jail with a second brother of a guy who has the money and really what's it for 3500..
