For sale- Power Amp steps for double cab

Amp Power steps that were installed on a 2016 Silverado Double Cab. Steps are already trimmed for that model. Comes with a new bag of installation hardware.

Purchaser will need to order one of two wiring harnesses depending on preference. I installed these 'the hard way'- routing from battery, through doors and to the Amp motors. The easier way is to order the wiring harness that plugs into the OBD port.

New these units can run upwards of $1,000.00

Please note- the purchaser WILL need to order the controller and the harness from Power Amp or a supplier for either the hardwire or OBD option. Power Amp has them in stock.

Couple of questions, why are you selling them? Were there any issues when you removed them?

No issues with the steps. I went with OEM offroad step assists- easier to clean (for me).

Just my .02- these are great units for rigs that don't see a lot of mud, ice and snow. It was below zero for about 1 straight month with constant snow and ice. It's not fun cleaning these things in conditions like that. Nerf bars I can chip off- these, not really.

This has the 'brain' and the harness. If you look at the install sheet- this replaces steps 8-41 on the standard harness install. One should check with merchant or Amp Research to verify.
