There are reputable people out there that can unlock Video and Nav input while in motion for you for a cost.  Just search these forums and you will find the threads with links.

If you had bothered to listen and do what the video says.... "You" need to go turn off auto update in google play.  The link to download the version that DOES working is in it.  I am Done with this post as I have been using this for about a month now.  I will not reply to any other comments

Why you mad though???

 

i watched the video and yes they said to turn off the auto update on the apps but the comments say there was an update to google play services that caused this not work anymore. google play services is needed for any app to be updated. so without that, it won't let you update any other app. or if you system has an android update, it will update google play services. 

 

Not saying this isn't possible, just saying this way may not work anymore

I have found a link that IF I can get this to work we CAN watch live video and movies while in motion.   I'd be glad to share!!

I'm having the EXACT same issue... my phone won't connect and no mention of android auto in the settings. How did you get yours working? (2016 Colorado). (videos no longer active in forum)

Took it to the dealer for the software update.
