15 AC not working

Recommended Posts

Picked up my truck from the dealer today. The paperwork confirmed it was the condenser that had leaked AND they even replaced my battery due to a slow start they said, all at N/C to me. I only had to pay for the alignment I had them do. Now my AC blows cold again. I just have to return this other condenser I bought online now.

Took my 2019 Silverado in for A/C check yesterday. Each of the vents was blowing air of different temps from cold to hot. After 3 hours on evaluation, tech could not resolve the issue. I was advised they were somewhat confused by the problem and would need to keep the vehicle for further evaluation to resolve. Freon levels were fine! Suggested there may be some blockage or leak in duct system.  Update: Vehicle has been in Service Department  for two full days, and they still have no idea what the problem is.  Advised will have electrical technician get involved in diagnosis.  Hard to believe it's been two full days and they have no idea of what the problem is.

2018 gmc sierra 1500 53,000mi a/c has stopped working and it is totally crap because to was 90deg and I haven't even owned this truck for a year yet . Anyone know what my next step should be

More than likely, it's the condenser.
Best to go to a shop and have the AC professionally checked.
