I'm getting about what the book says; 16/23. These high numbers that are being reported is probably because someone reset their MPG clock while moving on the highway on level ground or downhill grade. Not accurate. The best way to do it is the old fashioned way doing it a tank at a time and figuring it manually.

2018 slt crew cab premium plus 6.2, leveled, I average 16.8 mpg in the 7000 miles I have had it.

Strangely enough my father has the exact same truck the only difference being he has the 5.3 and averages 15.9. I have a much heavier foot as well. Love the sound and power of the 6.2 when my foot is to the floor!

I have 6" on 35s. Got a superchip running the fuel economy tune. pure highway i get 14-15, city 11-12. or 33.8 if you really take it easy going down Vail pass in colorado lol

About 200 miles on my truck. Did our first extended driving trip. Just over 22 mpg, so I’m pretty content with that for a vehicle that size and not broken in.  Sorry about the pic.
