Update for those who are following or find this at a later date in the future:

Got the window installed!

Bad news: the CR Lawerence Power Slider DID NOT fit. It stuck out by a good inch...

Good news: the installer brought an OEM window with him! Installed great!

Bad news: had to start buying all the extras to make it work and I couldn't get the Overhead Wire Harness because they dont have ANY!

Good news:Miguel Olea is a genius and I took his advice, found one on Ebay.

Bad news: it was 3 times more expensive ($165)

Good news: it worked like a champ!

Installed everything (fuse block, overhead console, motor mount) and a miracle happened... the window slider opened!

Still have to secure the motor mount. Thinking about going with some rivet nuts sealed up with some polyurethane goop the window installer gave me.

Thread in some bolts, also gooped up with polyurethane so water doesn't creep in through the bolt threads.

Cut off the bolt heads and voila, threaded studs.

Tighten down with nuts and factory install like a mofo!

Side note: CarID didnt want to let me return the CR Lawerence Power Slider because it had been over a month since i bought it, but i told them i had to wait as long as i did due to not being able to get an appointment with the installer until a later date. They contacted CR Lawerence to see if they could 'allow' me to do it, and they did. However, they wanted me to send back in the orginal box, but that was damaged due to shipping and i had already thrown it away. So i had to make my own box (think about that, i had to make a box for a rear slider window... i wont go into that much detail regarding that).

Just sent it in a couple days ago... will let you know if i get refunded my $800.

Keep all informed to finish up this project.

Thanks for all involved for their advice and encouragement.

I'm having a glass guy install my slider this weekend...What trim level is your truck????I'm attempting the install on a 2020 LT trail boss ...I highly doubt there's any plug and play switches in my trim level...

Nice... I use mine almost every day that the weather permits windows down, makes for a very nice flow throughout the cab...

Exactly!  You can roll the windows down, open the rear slider and the flow is great.
