Changing factory speakers to bose speakers

I dont mean to sound like a dick, but when someone tells me "i love how my bose sounds" or something of the sort.  Its because they have never heard anything good which tells me they dont know what good sounds like

I used to be a car audio installer, I love my bose system.

Aftermarket stereo = more clarity in the individual speaker, those highs sound better, lows get lower.

But good freaking luck tuning the whole system to work together as well as they do at the factory. You better know your shit to do that. That’s why I like the bose system we have. Speaker quality is acceptable and it’s oem sound stage.

People love to hate Bose because people that have no idea what they are talking about think bose is gods gift to audio.

So the Bose on my 2020 RST isn't great.  I'm really curious about the guys who complain about the bass, I think that's the only decent part of the system in the current GEN.  I'm thinking of swapping out the dash 2.75's for Alpine Type S Tweeters.  I'm hoping I get some more clarity and highs.  I loved those tweets in my last car.

The bose system  is only better then the non bose because there is an amp with it and more speakers.

The issue with just upgrading the speakers with aftermarket ones that are great is they require a amp to really  sound good and if you think  installing the amp is a pain ... running wires through the door boot to the new speakers is the worst part of the whole  deal. I would NOT  choose any of the speakers these guys are recommending,  not because they aren't good but bc they aren't worth the price they charge. JL and all the other "premium brands" are maybe 10-15% better then JBLs but 200$ more. JBL GTOs  are priced right, can handle 120-150rms and sound good I would also high end PRV speakers  for a good bang for your buck. Stay away from JL Focal Audio Frog Morel and all those brands  unless you can afford thier best. If money doesn't matter sure focal utopias will sound better then all the rest  but if you are gonna get the cheapest  model from the brands you are just paying more for no real reason at all.
