I've tried a couple different times to register my i3 device and create a username on the forums...no luck...even sent an email requesting help...no response. Does anyone know anyone over there or have a phone number I could call?

I was not attempting on Easter, its been 3 weeks and no response from them. i'm sure they are back from vacation by now.

Same, I tried to set up a forum account to ask about Multi-Licenses for the Trinity platform. Tried three times, no link email was ever sent to me on multiple email addresses. I don't think they are out of business? Seemed like Diablo was one of the more popular platforms as you could have your whip remote custom tuned via their software. They did eventually answer my question in a direct email, stating they would give me a package deal for multi-licenses if I wanted to tune 5+ vehicles in my fleet.

When I had questions, I communicated with them via FB messenger, resolved issues basically same/next day. This was in January.

 

I also saw activity from employees on their forums as recent as last week.
