Hi all I have been looking at a Tacoma for a long time and can’t seem to find one in my price range .  Resale is very high even for insane miles.   I was pointed to a 2012 GMC Canyon crew cab 84k miles and seems in good shape and runs fine...1 owner .  5cyl and I was wondering if anyone owned this truck or any info I can get about it.  Can I expect any problems? Is it a solid truck like the Tacoma ..can I get 200k+ miles out of it with regular maintenance? Any regrets or things you would do different? Thanks any info be appreciated I’m about to make the purchase within the next couple days if I go forward

Hey there Mr. Bean, hahaha

 

I owned an older Colorado with a 3.5 Atlas engine and it never presented any issues to me. Kind of a cool little off the radar engine.
